STOP!
Students do not need InQsit accounts in order to use the program to take surveys or tests. This site is for faculty and/or staff of Missouri State University ONLY. If you are a graduate student engaging in research, please have your supervising faculty member send an email stating that he or she will be responsible for ensuring you follow University procedures and guidelines regarding human subject research BEFORE submitting your request for an account. Faculty/staff members who need an administrative account to create or administer surveys or tests should complete the form below.
InQsit© is a comprehensive online assessment instrument, created at Ball State University by Vernon Draper and Dan Fortriede.
You can create, distribute, and administer tests, quizzes, and surveys via the intranet or internet, then retrieve, record, optionally grade, and assess the responses; all online, without the need for any HTML or programming knowledge.
An individual may create an assessment instrument using an online free-text format, existing electronic documents, or an integrated question database wizard.
The InQsit© "Control Panel" provides a single web-based interface, which defines the assessment environment, and respondent feedback, and provides for detailed individual, question-level, and group-level analyses. For more information, visit the InQsit© Information Site.
If you are interested in obtaining an InQsit account, please complete the following form. Please remember, you must be a student or employee of SMSU with a legitimate need for an InQsit account.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Sue McCrory, Computers for Learning Coordinator.
