Myitlab is an online assessment and training simulation developed by Prentice-Hall. It is integrated with the textbooks for the course and uses two alternative assessment scenarios for quizzes, pre- and post-testing, and exams. Training and testing can be project- or skills-based; students can complete activities exactly as taught in the textbooks OR by using any method the actual Office 2007 applications will accept.
Myitlab's outcomes-based training is self-paced and adaptable to each student's skill level. Instructors have the option of combining exams and training into complete, customized Study Plans, and can select the path and how the students will proceed. The program features advanced reporting capabilities that include detailed student click-stream data, allow instructors to see exactly what actions students completed click-by-click, thus allowing true defensible grading. The program incorporates a full-functioning grade book which can be imported/exported from Blackboard.
Myitlab workshops are free of charge to all Missouri State University faculty/staff. Seating is limited to 30 persons per workshop date; please register as soon as possible to reserve your seat.
